Galatians 5:22-23(NIV)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
From my mother womb, there I came,
No knowledge of suffering or pain, totally and undeniably dependant on her love and care.
I cuddle under her bosom to be sheltered whenever there was a glimpse of fear.
Unconditionally I followed her lead,
With a better understanding of whom I should be.
A model human clothed with great values and morals
Oh how my teeth shuttered
You’re asking too much of me, what if I fail and sink beneath
The fruits of the spirit there can be no law for by our conscience we are led forth.
Love, how can I love if I first don’t love me?
Joy, isn’t that a song we sang during Christmas treat
Peace, which is the root of all understanding
Forbearance, the epitome of patient and self tolerance.
Kindness, you never know you may entertain an angel,
Goodness, be good to all even the dragons
Faithfulness, should be your motto in life
Gentleness turned away wrath.
Self-control should be exercise in everything you do.
The fruit of the spirit is so true, simple yet challenging to do
It keeps me safe knowing, that it’s Gods truth.
